It’s a true motor sports experience and it’s all indoors! That’s right! Centrally located on Route 5 in Wallingford, Connecticut, On Track Karting offers one of the longest and fastest indoor kart tracks in the country. With high-performance karting for both adults (16+) and juniors (7-15 and at least 48″ tall), its fun for the whole family. This Sunday, On Track Karting will host the Silver City Quarter Midget Club Fundraiser featuring Joey Logano. 11 AM to 4 PM (doors open at 10:30 AM). All are welcome. $10 donation per adult. $5 donation per child. Hit the track between 11 AM and 3 PM for a chance to win a race with Joey! Each heat you run includes 1 free entry in the raffle for 1 of 12 junior spots and 1 of 15 adult spots. Turn a lap ending in .020 and you automatically win a spot in the feature races to be run between 3:30 and 4 PM! $20 per race. No credit races 11 AM to 4 PM. In addition, there will be food, lots of raffle prizes, a silent auction, and autograph signings. Normal business operations will resume at 4 PM.
Week 1 of the Junior Race League Winter Season is complete and the results have been posted, but it’s not too late to get in on the excitement, and only the top 8 of 9 finishes count in the final standings, so sign-up today! Next race is Sunday, January 29, at 9 AM.
